When Coffs Racing came charging into our inbox, they had one thing in mind: make the Coffs Cup THE event of the year, no excuses. The challenge? A Friday race day with no long-standing half-day public holiday. So, in short, we had to convince the whole town to ditch work for a day of high heels, high-speed horses, and HIGH drama.
